Sometimes, when you visit some service or product based websites and you place an order online. Suddenly for some reason, you wish to cancel the order. Some websites and apps give you the provision to cancel the order within a limited time. Some websites don’t provide you with the option to cancel the placed orders. And in some cases, the website will not allow you to cancel the order placed only on seasonal times year season, etc. Cancellation policy outlines all such terms and conditions about the cancellation of an order (service/product) placed. In case the customer cancels or disconnects services, the terms envisaged in the Customer Registration Form shall apply. Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of Net-Fi, will only be made to the customer account used for the original transaction within 15 working days.
For the avoidance of doubt nothing in this Policy shall require the Net-Fi to refund the Price (or part thereof) unless such Price (or part thereof) have previously been paid by the customer. The Validity, construction and performance of the terms and conditions of the CAF( Customer Application Form) shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Republic of India. The courts at Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of the subject matter of this CAF( Customer Application Form). The parties have fully read and the contents of the terms and conditions have been explained in vernacular, Verbatim and upon understanding, have signed the CAF( Customer Application Form) as a token of its acceptance/Consent and further with a clear understanding that it is valid and binding document on both the parties and can be enforced in the Court of Law.
